FINAL 2011 WCC SCHEDULE
We are ready!…. please find the schedule for the 2011 WCC
Western Challenge Cup. Any MODIFICATIONS will be announced at the
COACHES MEETING ON WEDNESDAY.

2011 WESTERN CHALLENGE CUP Additional Information
1) All coaches are expected to attend the Coaches and captains meeting which will be held at the West Edmonton Soccer Centre at 7pm on Wednesday July 13, 2011.
At this Coaches meeting, all final tournament information will be
provided, review of rules will be discussed, and all teams must submit a
final Championship roster and photo copies of player birth certificates
at that time.

REFEREE MEETING TO FOLLOW SHORTLY AFTER THE COACHES MEETING.
The Tournament starts with 4 games at 9am on Thursday July 14th at the West Edmonton
Soccer Centre so every team needs to be prepared to be playing at this
time, once the schedule is done then you can adjust your team’s agenda
according to the schedule. The final game of the tournament will be
completed by 6:00pm on Sunday July 17th. So have your teams prepared to compete from 9am on Thursday until 6pm on Sunday. Schedule will be completed as soon as all teams are confirmed, hopefully 1st week in June.

every player listed on your roster turned into the W.C.C. Committee at
the coaches meeting and any age verification needed after this point in
time will be directed to and handled by the W.C.C. Committee. Failure to produce this at the Coaches meeting will result in disqualification of that player from the Championships.
